Government Property Manager

What you'll do

• Manage the lifecycle of customer-owned property to ensure compliance with FAR and DFARS regulations.
• Oversee site property management systems to mitigate risk across mandated outcomes and system elements.
• Execute internal and external compliance audits, including those conducted by the DCMA and DCAA.
• Maintain asset management systems to ensure accurate transaction history and traceability of all items.
• Perform physical inventory counts, reconciliations, and reporting for both internal assets and subcontractor property.
• Report property transactions such as shipments, receipts, transfers, and consumption through the PIEE system.
• Provide training and guidance to cross-functional teams regarding government property regulations and compliance.
• Analyze existing processes to identify and implement improvements that increase efficiency and reduce waste.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing customer property.
• Working knowledge of FAR Part 52.245-1 and DFARS Part 245 to maintain compliance systems.
• Experience supporting and conducting internal and external compliance audits (e.g., DCMA and DCAA).
• Proficiency with property management systems and tools, including the Government Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for operations.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of a warehouse environment, including standing, walking, bending, and moving material.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Certifications such as CPPS, CPPA, or CPPM from the NPMA are highly desired (preferred).
