What you'll do

Manage the financial tracking and budget ownership for a strategic U.S. Government contract.
Oversee the financial accounting and performance of multiple smaller programs simultaneously.
Monitor expenditures and forecast financial performance in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Develop and maintain detailed program financial plans and spend schedules.
Align annual operating plan budgets with specific program financial requirements.
Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks related to program financial performance.
Support business development efforts including proposal development and capture strategy.
Manage subcontracts, suppliers, and partner relationships as required by the programs.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen.
Ability and willingness to obtain an active U.S. Government security clearance.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical or business field.
PMP certification (Project Management Professional).
Experience in project management with a track record of financial management for U.S. Government contracts (DoD, IC, or other federal agencies) (preferred).
Strong financial management skills combined with a technical understanding of engineering tasks and execution (preferred).
Experience managing programs within the commercial technology or semiconductor industry (preferred).
Knowledge of U.S. Government contracting regulations (FAR/DFARS), contract types, and non-traditional defense contracting vehicles like OTAs (preferred).
