Manager, Infrastructure Governance

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Cloud Engineers focused on proactive exposure management.
• Oversee multi-cloud security solutions (GCP, Azure, AWS) to ensure continuous monitoring and audit reporting.
• Govern firewall rule policies and manage the certification program for all in-scope firewalls.
• Orchestrate remediation campaigns for non-compliant issues using ServiceNow and GRC platforms.
• Manage critical certifications including SOX server quarterly certifications and exception management policies.
• Formulate governance metrics, providing monthly KPI/KRI reports and quarterly Reports of Compliance to leadership.
• Serve as a key stakeholder and evidence provider for FDA audits and HITRUST certifications.
• Drive M&A security onboarding to integrate newly acquired entities into infrastructure governance platforms.

What we're looking for

• Experience of 4 to 6 years in security compliance governance, cloud security engineering, or technical risk management (preferred).
• Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, or technically directing a team of engineering professionals.
• Extensive hands-on knowledge of multi-cloud environments including GCP, Azure, and AWS.
• Working knowledge of security frameworks, particularly NIST CSF.
• Solid understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards including HIPAA, HITRUST, SOX, and GDPR.
• Experience using and integrating GRC platforms, ServiceNow, and cloud-native security tools like Prisma, Wiz, or Sentinel.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (preferred).
