What you'll do

Develop and integrate AI applications using major model providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, and cloud platforms such as AWS Bedrock or Azure OpenAI.
Implement LLM patterns including RAG, prompt orchestration, evaluation, and guardrails within production-ready pipelines.
Deploy and operationalize AI workloads on cloud infrastructure with a focus on scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
Build production-ready solutions using Python, API integration, vector databases, and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
Apply DevOps practices including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines across the AI delivery lifecycle.
Design data foundations and governance models to transform raw data into production-grade intelligence for utility clients.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 3 years of experience in software or AI/ML engineering.
Minimum of 2 years of experience building AI applications with providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or Google Vertex AI.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Python and API integration.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with RAG, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
Minimum of 1 year of experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD, and cloud security.
Minimum of 1 year of experience serving utilities clients or in a utilities finance, controllership, or regulatory function.
Bachelor's degree required, or an Associate's degree with work experience, or work experience without a degree.
Master’s degree, Cloud/AI certifications (AWS, Azure, Google), and experience with agentic AI patterns are preferred.
