As a Golang / IaC / Terraform Lead Software Engineer within the Consumer and Community Bank, you will join an agile team to build and deliver trusted, scalable technology products. What you'll do

Design and implement scalable, cloud-native software solutions using modern technology stacks.
Develop secure production code and perform code reviews and debugging for other engineers.
Identify and automate the remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability.
Lead evaluation sessions with customers and partners to probe architectural designs and technical credentials.
Drive team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices and validation standards.
Lead communities of practice to promote the use of leading-edge technologies.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and educational workshops.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages, specifically Golang and Terraform.
Proficiency in test automation and continuous delivery methods.
Experience working in an agile environment employing software delivery practices such as CI/CD and Scrum.
Experience leading software development projects and building/maintaining cloud native software solutions.
Experience migrating complex applications to the public cloud as an IaC developer, SRE, or Acceleration role.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools and coaching engineers on responsible AI use.
