Global Technology COO, Strategy, Vice President

What you'll do

• Translate ambiguous executive priorities into rigorous analysis, clear recommendations, and executable plans.
• Lead day-to-day delivery of technology transformation projects, including building frameworks, roadmaps, and operating models.
• Structure and scope complex business and technology problems using analytical and qualitative tools.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and mobilize execution across business units.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical executive audiences through high-quality verbal and written materials.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with global technology transformation initiatives.
• Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success of technology programs.
• Lead cross-functional working groups to drive results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

What we're looking for

• Significant consulting experience with a top-tier strategy or management consulting firm, internal consulting, or technology strategy team.
• 5+ years of experience working on large-scale technology transformation initiatives in a global organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong client management and executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to structure and scope complex problems using analytical and qualitative tools to develop solutions.
• High proficiency with PowerPoint for executive documents, Excel, and AI-based tools for analysis.
• Advanced degree (MBA or MS in Technology) from a top-tier program (preferred).
• Experience in enterprise IT management, cloud/IT infrastructure, or financial services (preferred).
