Engineering Operations Analyst

What you'll do

• Define program scope, objectives, and success criteria aligned with engineering roadmaps and business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure efficient execution.
• Perform headcount modeling, skills alignment, and workforce forecasting to support engineering hiring.
• Deliver daily consumption reports providing visibility into infrastructure demand and key performance indicators.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and provide data-driven recommendations to improve infrastructure performance.
• Drive the adoption of tools and reporting standards to improve visibility into engineering operations.
• Translate complex technical data into clear, executive-level insights and presentations for leadership.

What we're looking for

• Must have 6+ years of experience in business operations or engineering operations, preferably in cloud infrastructure.
• Must possess advanced analytical skills including Excel-based modeling and scenario analysis.
• Must be able to translate complex technical data into clear, executive-level insights and presentations.
• Must have excellent communication and influencing skills to partner with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Oracle Analytics or similar is required for building dashboards.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, AI/ML environments, or large-scale distributed systems is preferred.
• Experience in workforce analytics, hiring planning, and resource allocation strategies is required.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for organizational and data analytics purposes is required.
