What we're looking for

  • MS in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Science.
  • Experience designing, querying, and optimizing relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases in production environments.
  • Proven ability to plan, drive, and complete projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in statistics, data analysis, and problem-solving related to manufacturing science.
  • Understanding of scheduling, inventory management, and capacity planning.
  • 2 years of relevant experience leading decision-support or workflow automation initiatives.
