  • Analyze payment data to identify failure patterns, latency issues, and opportunities for automation.
  • Manage new feature requests from customers and drive their delivery through the product lifecycle.
  • Maintain and improve internal documentation, runbooks, and format guides for technical and non-technical teams.
  • Track operational metrics and translate findings into prioritized backlog items.
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for new payment formats and connectivity enhancements.
  • Identify recurring pain points to propose improvements to validation rules and processing workflows.

What we're looking for

  • 2–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, operations, or a related role in payments, banking, or financial services.
  • Experience in API design and developer experience (DX), including RESTful API product management and developer portals.
  • Background in electronic payments, including ACH, wires, SWIFT, real-time payments, and cross-border payment flows.
  • Familiarity with file transfer protocols (SFTP, FileAct) or payment messaging standards (SWIFT MT, ISO 20022) is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets using Excel, SQL, or similar tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate technical specifications for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented approach to managing the feature delivery cycle from initial request to engineering requirements and testing.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.
