What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Statistics.
  • Strong quantitative background and experience building cutting-edge financial products.
  • Proven ability to apply strategic and tactical approaches to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional communication skills for influencing the organization and navigating complex environments.
  • Experience in creating and executing digital roadmaps within a financial context.
  • Comfort with working in rapidly evolving, data-driven environments.
