Join our Operations Enablement team at Goldman Sachs as a key player responsible for ensuring the readiness of Transaction Banking products before they go live. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and functional Operations teams to assess operational impacts, track dependencies, and drive readiness activities. Your day-to-day involves developing an understanding of the end-to-end client journey, coordinating stakeholder engagement, and supporting user acceptance testing. Utilize tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and QuickSight for project documentation and reporting. Ideal candidates have a background in Operations, project management, or related financial services functions with experience in Transaction Banking, cash management, payments, and client onboarding. Familiarity with Agile practices and data visualization tools is preferred as you contribute to the growth and scalability of our operations across global offices in Singapore, Bengaluru, London, New York, and Dallas.
Support operational readiness for Transaction Banking product roadmap deliverables.
Partner with cross-functional teams to assess operational impacts of new products.
Coordinate stakeholder engagement and track dependencies for readiness activities.
Develop and maintain clear project documentation using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Define operational test scenarios and coordinate user acceptance testing efforts.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows using AI and ML technologies.
What we're looking for
At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in Operations, project management, business analysis, product implementation, client service, or a related financial services function.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate across cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience supporting change initiatives, product launches, operational implementation activities, or other cross-functional delivery efforts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for synthesizing information into clear updates and presentations.
Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence for tracking work and managing documentation.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to identify risks and dependencies.
