As a Global Banking & Markets Operations-TxB Ops Enablement-Dallas-Associate, you will join the Transaction Banking Operations team to drive growth and scalability for treasury and cash management products. You will be responsible for ensuring new products, features, and enhancements are operationally ready before they go live by translating product changes into practical actions. Your daily work involves partnering with Product, Engineering, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to manage readiness workstreams, track milestones, and coordinate user acceptance testing. You will identify impacts on processes and controls while exploring ways to leverage Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to streamline workflows. Required skills include project management, business analysis, and proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and QuickSight. This role addresses the challenge of maintaining robust risk management and control architecture within a rapidly evolving payment landscape.
Ensure new products and features are operationally ready before they go live.
Partner with cross-functional teams to assess operational impacts and track project dependencies.
Map the end-to-end client journey to identify necessary updates to processes, controls, and procedures.
Coordinate readiness workstreams including stakeholder engagement, milestone tracking, and training coordination.
Support user acceptance testing by defining scenarios, coordinating participants, and tracking defects.
Maintain detailed project documentation and status reports using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Identify opportunities to use AI and Machine Learning to streamline manual workflows and remove bottlenecks.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in operations, project management, business analysis, product implementation, or client service.
Strong project management and organizational skills to manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items across multiple workstreams.
Ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders and translate complex product changes into practical operational actions.
Experience supporting change initiatives, product launches, or other cross-functional delivery efforts.
Experience participating in user acceptance testing, including documenting scenarios, coordinating participants, and tracking issues.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to identify risks and gaps.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to synthesize information into clear updates and presentation materials.
Experience in transaction banking, cash management, payments, or Agile delivery practices (preferred); familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, or process mapping (preferred).
