What you'll do

Manage end-to-end delivery for the Icertis and Intelex application portfolios.
Lead the planning, execution, and deployment of project enhancements and strategic initiatives.
Act as the primary point of contact for business leaders to translate priorities into actionable plans.
Oversee vendor relationships, contract deliverables, and service level agreement performance.
Drive incident, problem, and change management processes to ensure application stability and performance.
Manage application budgets, financial forecasts, and resource planning for the portfolio.
Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements across all platforms.
Lead cross-functional teams of employees, contractors, and vendor resources globally.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years leading enterprise application delivery.
Experience managing SaaS platforms, enterprise business applications, or digital transformation programs.
Strong program and project management skills.
Experience leading global teams and external vendors.
Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships at director and executive levels.
Strong financial management, planning, and governance experience.
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms such as Icertis (preferred).
Experience with EHS, Quality, ESG, or compliance platforms such as Intelex (preferred).
Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or high-tech industries (preferred).
Familiarity with SAP and enterprise application ecosystems (preferred).
PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications (preferred).
