What we're looking for

  • Must possess U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card) status.
  • 4+ years of experience in application support.
  • 6+ months of direct experience with internal Fiserv systems.
  • 2+ years of experience in SQL databases.
  • 2+ years of experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • 4+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (preferred).
  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices (preferred); experience with automation and scripting languages (preferred).
