Strategy & Operations, Infrastructure

What you'll do

• Define long-term strategic visions and annual operating plans in alignment with company goals.
• Monitor infrastructure financial health and proactively identify cost trends or optimization opportunities.
• Build analytical models to benchmark key metrics and inform high-level growth decisions.
• Track and drive initiatives focused on improving core infrastructure efficiency metrics.
• Manage cross-functional execution for priority projects across product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
• Design and implement operational systems, reporting dashboards, and decision-making workflows to scale the organization.
• Translate complex system performance and capacity trends into actionable infrastructure requirements.

What we're looking for

• 12+ years of experience in strategy & operations, data science, finance, product management, or similar roles at technology companies.
• Experience working in highly cross-functional settings involving strategy, analysis, and operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in data analytics with the ability to navigate large datasets and/or SQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for communicating with leaders across various departments.
• Ability to work independently in high-ambiguity environments and influence others without direct authority.
• Strong balance of business and technical acumen combined with first principles thinking.
• Experience in Infrastructure strategy, the Payments ecosystem, or high-scale Fintech (preferred).
• Proven ability to facilitate large-scale technical forums and drive solutions for capacity and efficiency bottlenecks (preferred).
