What you'll do

  • Educate franchise partners on DoorDash Marketplace products to drive growth.
  • Manage end-to-end sales process for complex partnerships and pipeline.
  • Engage with strategic decision-makers using data-driven storytelling.
  • Close deals on upgrades and new platform features across multiple locations.
  • Navigate corporate and franchisee stakeholders to align on approved marketing strategies.
  • Scale adoption of Marketplace solutions from single stores to entire franchises.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Partner Managers to close sales terms regionally.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of sales experience with at least 3 years in upselling and cross-selling.
  • Proven track record leading end-to-end outside sales cycles in a product-driven environment.
  • Strong data skills including Excel proficiency and ability to create data-backed narratives.
  • Experience navigating complex negotiations, influencing stakeholders, and managing project timelines.
  • Familiarity with online marketplaces or merchant-facing tech platforms is preferred.
  • 3+ years of B2B and SaaS sales experience required.
  • Expertise in selling to franchised locations, including working within corporate guardrails.
