The Forward Deployed Consultant / Senior Consultant sits at the intersection of customer engagement and platform innovation, focusing on the Agentforce platform. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize automated business process solutions known as Blueprints while owning the roadmap and feature lifecycle for scalable processes that drive measurable value. You will transform manual, fragmented workflows into automated systems by partnering with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating requirements into Product Requirement Documents, managing backlogs using Agile methodologies, and conducting user research to identify pain points. The role requires expertise in process modeling, business analysis, and solution consulting within B2B SaaS environments. You will utilize automation tools, workflow builders, AI prompting, and low/no-code platforms to solve complex problems in areas like supply chain or contact center operations.
Own the roadmap and feature lifecycle for automated process blueprints and scalable solutions.
Identify operational inefficiencies and manual processes to create automation opportunities across workflows.
Map customer requirements and build solution blueprints using platform features and AI prompting tools.
Translate high-level strategic goals into Product Requirement Documents, user stories, and technical acceptance criteria.
Manage the product backlog and prioritize sprints using Agile methodologies to ensure consistent delivery.
Conduct user interviews and quantitative analysis to identify customer pain points and product opportunities.
Provide structured feedback to Product Managers regarding feature gaps and necessary enhancements for scalability.
Document solution architecture, implementation guidelines, and demonstrations for internal and external use.
What we're looking for
3-8+ years of experience in Product Management, Process Automation, Business Analysis, or Solutions Consulting.
Experience building external-facing products in enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
Strong understanding of business workflow mapping, process modeling, and process improvement methodologies.
Proven experience translating business requirements into structured automated workflows or solutions.
Hands-on technical experience with automation tools, workflow builders, AI prompting, or low/no-code platforms.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills to present complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to collaborate with virtual and global cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and customer success.
Experience in SaaS, AI automation, supply chain, contact center operations, or customer experience technology (preferred); Lean/Six Sigma certification or a related technical degree (preferred).
