As a Forward Deploy Engineer within IBM Consulting, you will serve as a strategic partner to clients to ensure the successful adoption and scaling of enterprise-level technology. Your daily responsibilities include leading strategic discovery, designing production-ready products, and defining integration architecture and data transformation across various end systems and data pipelines. You will perform agent workflow integration to produce output for the SDLC and define data mapping to meet specific client needs. The role requires technical expertise in Gen AI, Agentic AI, advanced Context Engineering, Spec Engineering, and Prompt Engineering. You must be able to transform business and domain requirements into AI-enabled solutions while ensuring security best practices and compliance standards are met across various business, IT, and operational flows.
Define integration architecture and data transformation across various end systems and lines of business.

What we're looking for
