What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of technical engineering experience.
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of technical engineering experience.
Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
5+ years of professional experience designing and developing BIOS/UEFI firmware solutions (preferred).
Proficiency in developing low-level FW or SW for hardware platforms including BIOS, UEFI, EDK2, and BMC (preferred).
Proven and demonstrable skill in C programming (preferred).
Ability to debug and resolve issues spanning multiple subsystems (preferred).
Experience with Intel, AMD, or ARM server architecture; familiarity with PCIe, I2C, SPI, USB, and UART buses; and ability to read hardware schematics (preferred).
