What we're looking for
A Doctorate and 1+ years of experience, a Master's and 4+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's and 5+ years of experience in a related engineering field.
Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
10+ years of experience with the majority as a Technical Lead or similar (preferred).
Proficiency in developing low-level FW or SW for hardware platforms, including BIOS, UEFI, EDK2, and BMC (preferred).
Demonstrated expertise in leadership and cross-functional collaboration on complex projects (preferred).
Experience managing the product lifecycle from inception through release (preferred).
Ability to communicate solutions to technical challenges to both technical and non-technical audiences (preferred).
Over 7+ years of experience in software development using languages such as C, C++, C#, or Python (preferred).
