Financial Business Analyst

What you'll do

• Gather and document current and future state business processes for the Customer to Cash domain.
• Create and refine Epics, Features, and User Stories aligned with the SAFe Agile Framework.
• Translate accounting and financial requirements into actionable features with clear acceptance criteria.
• Validate system outputs such as journal postings and reconciliations against accounting expectations.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and discovery sessions with business and technical teams.
• Define the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and product increments for the C2C track.
• Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the development lifecycle.
• Support change management and analyze user feedback following the post-go-live phase.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Financial Analyst supporting large-scale ERP implementations.
• Strong accounting acumen with hands-on experience applying core principles like accruals and journal entries within an ERP environment.
• Demonstrated experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA, specifically in the Customer to Cash process area.
• Familiarity with the SAFe Agile Framework, including working in Agile Release Trains.
• Experience writing user stories, features, and acceptance criteria within tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Compass Group or similar industries (food service, hospitality, contract services) is a plus.
• SAFe certifications (e.g., SAFe Agilist, SAFe PO/PM) are a plus (preferred).
• Prior experience in large-scale S/4HANA transformation programs (preferred).
