The Senior Finance Data Analyst joins the Corporate Finance Investments team to provide high-caliber financial and business information for effective decision-making. This role involves acting as a steward for operating expense, capital, headcount, and purchase order data while guiding users on leveraging data sources. Key responsibilities include developing, prototyping, and maintaining data solutions, as well as building AI agents to automate finance processes, collect data, and produce analysis. The candidate must ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and reliable while collaborating with multi-functional teams to optimize processes and reduce costs. Required technical skills include SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau or Power BI, and AI tools like Claude, Cursor, and ChatGPT Work. Experience with SAP S4, SAP BPC, SAP HANA, and Databricks is also highly valued.
Act as a steward for operating expense, capital, headcount, and purchase order data.
Develop and maintain data solutions using SQL, AI, and BI tools.
Build AI agents to automate finance processes and data transformation.
Manage multiple workstreams while assessing risks and delivering solutions on time.
Monitor data quality and provide training to end-users on new solutions.
Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and cost reduction.
Ensure all data solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and meet performance requirements.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in FP&A working closely with business partners from multiple departments.
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, AI Tools (Claude, Cursor, and/or ChatGPT Work), and Tableau or Power BI.
Strong data modeling skills in SQL are essential.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering.
MBA or equivalent experience (preferred).
Experience in delivering game-changing AI and data solutions to end-users.
Experience with operating expense, capital, headcount, or purchase order data (preferred).
Experience automating finance workflows using Claude Code, ChatGPT Work, Cursor, Python, and SQL (preferred).
Knowledge or experience in SAP S4, SAP BPC, SAP HANA, and Databricks (preferred).
