Product Manager - Global Banking Platform
As a Product Manager on the Global Banking Platform team, you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle to develop profitable products that provide customer value. You will define product strategy and vision, manage discovery efforts, conduct market research, and maintain the product backlog to support strategic roadmaps. Your daily work involves building frameworks to track success metrics like cost, risk posture, and reliability while collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendor partners to shape maturity roadmaps for deposits, lending, and rewards. You will serve as a technical subject matter expert on platform capabilities and translate vision into actionable requirements. Required skills include expertise in Agile methodology, JIRA, and data analytics. Technical competencies include software engineering concepts, AWS, Kubernetes, microservice architecture, and experience with Agentic Artificial Intelligence and various AI models within a financial services environment.

What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
10+ years of experience in engineering, technology, innovation, business strategy, analytics, or new product development.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related.
Proficiency in Agile methodology and experience using JIRA for product planning and sprints.
Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts; AWS certification, expertise in microservice architecture, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Kubernetes).
Hands-on experience with Agentic Artificial Intelligence (AI) and different AI models.
Experience working with and presenting to senior executives.
Experience in financial services, core banking, or working in a matrixed organization (preferred); experience with external vendors (preferred).
