Field Services Support Practitioner

What you'll do

• Provide level one to level two technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments.
• Act as the primary interface with users and clients to diagnose and resolve issues across networks and operating systems.
• Perform independent troubleshooting for hardware, operating systems, and application platforms to ensure service stability.
• Identify recurring technical issues and contribute to the development of preventive measures.
• Communicate technical problems and solutions clearly to users and stakeholders.
• Install and move equipment as required by the onsite project needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of infrastructure technologies and support tools to provide high-quality service.

What we're looking for

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in desktop support, end user computing, or IT support roles.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience troubleshooting Windows desktop environments and enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience supporting VDI platforms such as Citrix, VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop, or w365.
• Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, operating systems, and application issues.
• Advanced proficiency in Communication Skills (preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, ITIL Foundation, or Citrix/VMware end-user computing (preferred).
