What you'll do

Design and operate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
Build and maintain the platform engineering ecosystem including CI/CD pipelines and self-service resource provisioning.
Manage platform operations such as observability, monitoring, alerting, and incident response to ensure system reliability.
Establish technical patterns and standards for LLM-driven and agentic workloads across various business units.
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to improve platform capabilities and user experience.
Translate complex requirements from internal customers into well-engineered infrastructure solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation and standard-setting.

What we're looking for

CS or Engineering degree or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of software, platform, or infrastructure engineering experience including hands-on data and/or AI/ML infrastructure work.
Deep expertise with at least one major cloud platform (AWS or Azure) and familiarity with multi-cloud environments.
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
Experience with CI/CD tooling, containerization, and orchestration including Docker and Kubernetes.
Proficiency in at least one automation language such as Python, Go, or Bash.
Strong knowledge of security, networking fundamentals, and production operations including monitoring and incident response.
Experience in life sciences, diagnostics, or biotechnology (preferred); experience with regulated industries like HIPAA or GxP (preferred).
