What you'll do

Manage day-to-day industrial security programs in compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 and NISPOM regulations.
Oversee personnel processing, document control systems, and the handling of classified materials.
Conduct security self-inspections, vulnerability assessments, and audits to ensure site compliance.
Manage physical security measures including access control systems, alarms, and Open Storage Area (OSA) buildouts.
Provide training and guidance on OPSEC, COMSEC, and security awareness to all cleared staff.
Maintain required information systems like DISS and NISS for the operating location.
Coordinate with internal teams and government officials to ensure contract security compliance.
Develop and update standard operating procedures, training materials, and internal knowledge base pages.

What we're looking for

Must have at least 3 years of Facility Security Officer (FSO) experience.
Must hold a current, final U.S. TOP SECRET security clearance.
Must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4 years of experience.
Must hold a Facility Program Management for Possessing Facilities certification.
Must be currently certified or able to obtain an Industrial Security Professional (ISP) certification.
Must complete DISS/NISS training.
Must have a thorough working knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 and other relevant DoD security guidance.
Must possess a strong understanding of physical security requirements, including Open Storage Areas and COMSEC duties.
