What you'll do

Manage the company's industrial security program to ensure compliance with NISPOM and other federal regulations.
Process sponsorship packages for new personnel and manage documentation for existing facility clearance holders.
Oversee contract acquisitions including CAGE code issuance, contract novation, and updating organizational structures with DCSA.
Maintain and update the master list of DD254s and Security Classification Guides (SCGs) to ensure accuracy.
Serve as a member of the FOCI Council to ensure all foreign ownership requirements are met.
Develop and implement corporate programs for OPSEC, CUI training, and other security protocols.
Manage international contracts and provide security inputs for Request for Proposals (RFP) and Broad Agency Announcements (BAA).
Maintain the NISS system for the home office and report vital site information to leadership.

What we're looking for

Must hold a current U.S. TOP SECRET security clearance.
Must hold Facility Program Management for Possessing Facilities certification.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (4 years) required.
5+ years of FSO experience required.
Expert knowledge of NISPOM, 32 CFR Part 117, and various government forms like SF-86, SF-312, and DD-254.
Strong knowledge of DISS, e-QIP, NISS, ISFD, and SAM.gov systems.
Experience developing and implementing OPSEC plans and managing international contracts.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret Security Classification Guides (SCG) from multiple customers.
