The Executive Director, VBC Analytics Shared Services, Reporting & Technology leads the strategic direction and modernization of enterprise Value-Based Care analytics, reporting, and data assets. This leader oversees the development of tools, platforms, and data models supporting Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, and Specialty VBC models. Key responsibilities include defining long-term roadmaps, managing centralized data infrastructure, and driving automation for contract administration and provider performance analytics. The role requires establishing reporting standards, managing vendors, and identifying opportunities for AI, predictive analytics, and advanced modeling. The position serves as a business owner for CTR, WAVE, and VBRA capabilities, ensuring the integration of contract, provider, quality, and performance data into a unified ecosystem to improve quality, affordability, and operational efficiency across the healthcare value-based care lifecycle.
Define and execute the enterprise strategy, vision, and roadmaps for VBC analytics, reporting, and technology.
Lead the modernization of VBC data assets, databases, and cloud-based analytic capabilities.
Develop and maintain executive, operational, and provider-facing reporting solutions and self-service analytics.
Provide provider-facing performance insights to support the growth and expansion of value-based models.
Serve as the business owner for contract administration, centralized attribution, and associated VBC platforms.
Manage vendor relationships and prioritize technology investments for analytics and operational capabilities.
Identify and implement AI, automation, and predictive analytics to improve healthcare outcomes and performance.
Build and lead a high-performing organization of analytics and technology professionals.
What we're looking for
15+ years of healthcare analytics, managed care, provider reimbursement, value-based care, healthcare operations, or related leadership experience required.
5+ years of experience leading managers and high-performing professional teams required.
8+ years of experience leading managers and high-performing professional teams (preferred).
Deep expertise in value-based care program design, provider performance management, healthcare analytics, and reporting required.
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale data, reporting, technology, or analytics transformation initiatives required.
Strong knowledge of provider contracting, reimbursement methodologies, healthcare quality measurement, and population health concepts required.
Bachelor's degree required.
Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or related field (preferred).
