What you'll do

  • Develop and implement the strategy for data storage, preparation, governance, and analytics delivery.
  • Oversee the execution of information and analytics platforms to meet business stakeholder needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of information management, analytics, and reporting delivery.
  • Provide thought leadership on data architecture and integrate industry best practices into strategic plans.
  • Lead complex projects to identify reporting opportunities and promote advanced self-service capabilities.
  • Influence senior leaders by providing strategic insights that align with functional objectives.
  • Manage team capacity, prioritize work, and oversee innovation to resolve business issues.
  • Ensure all business activities comply with risk management and compliance policies.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a quantitative field; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • 8 years of data and analytics related experience within a complex financial services organization.
  • 3 years of people leadership experience building, managing, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders to influence decisions and manage work toward strategic goals.
  • Strong business acumen regarding measuring outcomes, operations, industry practices, and emerging trends.
  • Experience leading projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Experience conducting moderately large scale data analysis to support business decision making.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and tell a story through data to executive leadership.
  • US military experience gained through service or as a military spouse/domestic partner (preferred).
  • Experience analyzing customer interactions across business lines and channels (preferred).
  • Proven delivery of initiatives resulting in measurable improvements in customer experience, operational efficiency, or complaint reduction (preferred).
  • Technical expertise in SQL, Python, Streamlit, Tableau, and business intelligence tools (preferred).
  • Experience leveraging process mining, journey analytics, or AI/ML solutions to improve customer experiences (preferred).
