The Executive Director, Business & Data Analytics – Voice of the Member leads the strategy, vision, and execution of member feedback survey programs and advanced analytics capabilities. This leader oversees the research enablement function, managing data storage, preparation, exploration, and information governance to transform member insights into business outcomes. Key responsibilities include designing information architecture, driving analytics maturity, and establishing performance metrics to enhance member experience. The role requires expertise in large complex database systems, structured and unstructured data, and diverse analytics methodologies, including text analytics and AI solutions. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Agile methodologies and survey platforms like Qualtrics. Oversee data management, information governance, and the architecture of analytics platforms.
Establish and execute priorities for research enablement and information delivery to cross-functional partners.
Drive the modernization of performance metrics and the adoption of AI and text analytics solutions.
Manage the analytics organization's budget, staffing requirements, training plans, and technical tools.
Identify and monitor business risks to ensure compliance with information governance policies and standards.
Champion data-driven decision-making by identifying emerging trends and influencing enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a quantitative field; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
10 years of data and analytics experience in a complex financial services organization.
4 years of people leadership experience building and managing high-performing teams.
Experience leading projects using Agile methodologies.
Experience conducting large-scale data analysis using internal and external data to support business decision-making.
Deep understanding of risk management and compliance practices with experience developing data strategies that mitigate risk.
Extensive experience leading Voice of Customer or Customer Experience insights programs within complex enterprise environments (preferred).
Experience leveraging survey and feedback data to identify trends and establish performance metrics that influence business strategy (preferred).
