Executive Director, NovaOS Product Lead

What you'll do

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the NovaOS enterprise AI operating system.
• Manage a portfolio of AI platform products across data, semantic, agentic, and experience layers.
• Identify high-value product opportunities and prioritize investments with commercial, technology, and engineering leaders.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from initial ideation through launch and continuous improvement.
• Establish product management best practices, governance models, success metrics, and customer feedback mechanisms.
• Translate product strategy into scalable technical delivery in coordination with AI Engineering and Agentic Factory teams.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers within a data-driven culture.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, digital platforms, AI products, or enterprise software, including leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale product portfolios and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, data platforms, cloud technologies, and modern product management practices.
• Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries (preferred).
• Experience leading AI platform, enterprise software, or digital transformation initiatives (preferred).
