Senior Software Product Lead, ArsenalOS joins the ArsenalOS team to lead the development of the Forge Portal, a net-new platform designed for external stakeholders like suppliers and auditors. This zero-to-one role involves building the product from initial vision through MVP and scaled adoption to replace fragmented manual processes with integrated systems. The successful candidate will define the product strategy, roadmap, and integration plans between quality systems and adjacent platforms such as MES, ERP, and PLM. Key responsibilities include managing cross-functional engineering teams, defining data models, and implementing security protocols for external access. The role requires expertise in B2B platforms, multi-tenant architectures, and manufacturing environments. Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for the Forge Portal platform.
Build the Forge Portal from the ground up, moving from initial concept through MVP to scaled adoption.
Integrate quality systems with adjacent platforms such as MES, ERP, and PLM to ensure seamless data flow.
Collaborate with engineering teams to automate manual workflows and improve supplier interaction speeds.
Partner with security engineers to establish authentication, authorization, and access controls for external stakeholders.
Leverage AI and modern tooling to accelerate prototyping, requirement generation, and intelligent workflow development.
Establish metrics and feedback loops to track business outcomes like escape rates and inspection throughput.
Drive user adoption by ensuring internal teams and external partners can effectively use the new tools.
What we're looking for
7+ years of experience in product management building complex enterprise or B2B platforms with multiple stakeholders and cross-organizational dependencies.
Experience building net-new products from initial vision through MVP to scaled adoption.
Experience building or managing B2B platforms where multiple organizations interact via shared workflows and data exchange.
Experience defining and shipping software that integrates with systems like ERP, MES, PLM, sustainment, procurement, or internal data platforms.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI/ML and modern tooling to accelerate product development and create intelligent features.
Proven track record of owning products end-to-end and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for communicating with operators, engineers, and executive stakeholders.
U.S. Person status is required for access to export-controlled data.
Experience in manufacturing, quality, aerospace, robotics, defense, or other high-complexity physical product environments (preferred).
Experience with multi-tenant platforms, portal architectures, or systems serving internal and external users (preferred).
Ability to produce mockups, wireframes, or interactive prototypes rapidly using design tools, AI, or code (preferred).
