JOB TITLE: Senior Software Product Lead, ArsenalOS
The Senior Software Product Lead, ArsenalOS joins the ArsenalOS team to own the Forge Portal, a net-new platform for external stakeholders like suppliers, partners, and auditors. This zero-to-one role involves building the product from vision through MVP to scaled adoption, replacing fragmented manual processes with a seamless operating environment. You will define the product strategy, roadmap, and data models while ensuring integrations with MES, ERP, PLM, and sustainment systems. Key responsibilities include managing authentication, authorization, and access control with security engineering and leveraging AI and modern tooling for prototyping and intelligent workflows. The role solves the business problem of connecting quality execution to manufacturing and supply chain workflows to accelerate the development and fielding of critical hardware technology within a complex defense industrial base.
Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the Forge Portal.
Build the Forge Portal from the ground up, from initial vision through MVP to scaled adoption.
Partner with internal teams to integrate quality, manufacturing, and supply chain workflows into one operating environment.
Define the integration strategy between quality systems and adjacent platforms like MES, ERP, and PLM.
Collaborate with security engineering to establish authentication, authorization, and access control for external stakeholders.
Leverage AI and modern tooling to accelerate prototyping, requirements generation, and intelligent workflow building.
Establish metrics and feedback loops to tie product work to measurable business outcomes like escape rates and throughput.
Own prioritization, scope, tradeoff decisions, and release planning for a cross-functional engineering team.
What we're looking for
7+ years of experience in product management building complex enterprise or B2B platforms with multiple stakeholders and cross-organizational dependencies.
Experience building net-new products from initial vision through MVP to scaled adoption.
Experience building or managing B2B platforms where multiple organizations interact through shared workflows and data exchange.
Experience defining and shipping software that integrates with adjacent enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, PLM, or sustainment.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI/ML and modern tooling to accelerate product development and rapid prototyping.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate clearly with operators, engineers, and executive stakeholders.
U.S. Person status is required for access to export-controlled data.
Ability to work in-office full time and travel to operational sites as needed.
Experience in manufacturing, quality, aerospace, robotics, or defense environments (preferred).
Experience with multi-tenant platforms, portal architectures, or systems serving internal and external users (preferred).
Ability to rapidly produce mockups, wireframes, or interactive prototypes (preferred).
