Key responsibilities include defining unified strategies, overseeing the portfolio of analytics initiatives, and guiding the design of scalable data architecture, engineering pipelines, and semantic models. The role focuses on advancing the organization from descriptive reporting toward diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive insights using statistical methods, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and automation. Required competencies include expertise in modern data platforms, cloud architecture, business intelligence, and model lifecycle practices to solve complex problems regarding data quality, governance, security, and privacy.

What you'll do

  • Lead and develop leaders across Data Science, Data Architecture & Engineering, and Reporting & Insights teams.
  • Define and execute a unified data and insights strategy aligned with business priorities.
  • Manage the end-to-end portfolio of data, analytics, and reporting initiatives to support operational excellence.
  • Translate ambiguous business challenges into clear data products, analytical use cases, and reporting solutions.
  • Guide the design of scalable data architecture, engineering pipelines, and reusable data products.
  • Advance the organization toward predictive and prescriptive insights using machine learning, AI, and automation.
  • Enforce standards for data quality, solution design, security, and lifecycle management.
  • Build and mentor a diverse, high-performing global team with clear career pathways and succession plans.

What we're looking for

  • Undergraduate degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree (preferred).
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary data and analytics organizations including data science, data engineering or architecture, and business intelligence or reporting.
  • Proven record of setting and executing enterprise data and analytics strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of modern data platforms, cloud architecture, data engineering, semantic modeling, business intelligence, advanced analytics, AI, and model lifecycle practices.
  • Experience establishing data, analytics, and reporting standards including data quality, governance, security, privacy, documentation, controls, and responsible AI practices.
  • Strong consulting and stakeholder-management skills including experience influencing senior leaders and leading through ambiguity in a matrixed, global environment.
  • Proven ability to develop leaders, build inclusive teams, manage organizational change, and create a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
