The EU Resilience Lead joins the Commercial Enterprise Resilience practice to establish and scale European capabilities for large organizations. This role involves delivering enterprise resilience transformation programs, implementing resilient operating models, and developing secure recovery architectures. The individual will build client relationships, lead proposals, and provide advisory services across themes including assured readiness, availability, and recovery. Key responsibilities include assessing programs to identify gaps, creating improvement roadmaps, and translating regulatory drivers into practical actions. The role requires expertise in cyber recovery, disaster recovery, business continuity, and incident response within hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Candidates must navigate specific regulations such as DORA, NIS2, CER Directive, and ISO 22301. Essential skills include executive stakeholder management, technical solution shaping, and the ability to integrate cybersecurity with operational risk to protect critical infrastructure against cyberattacks, outages, and geopolitical disruptions.
Establish and scale Booz Allen’s European resilience capability based on existing U.S. methodologies.
Deliver enterprise resilience transformation programs for large organizations to protect critical infrastructure and essential services.
Implement resilient operating models and secure recovery architectures aligned with European regulations like DORA and NIS2.
Grow the regional portfolio by leading proposals, executive presentations, and market development activities.
Assess client resilience programs to identify gaps and develop practical improvement roadmaps for hardening infrastructure.
Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable investment priorities and implementation plans for clients.
Design and facilitate cyber wargaming exercises and drills to test decision-making and recovery capabilities.
Lead multidisciplinary teams to integrate cyber resilience with operational risk and third-party risk management.
What we're looking for
8+ years of experience leading or advising on enterprise technology, resilience, cybersecurity, infrastructure, disaster recovery, business continuity, incident response, or crisis management.
Experience in consulting or corporate advisory roles with top-tier firms, specialized consultancies, systems integrators, or internal enterprise functions.
Experience building client relationships and supporting market development through proposals, executive briefings, and published thought leadership.
Knowledge of European and UK regulatory requirements including DORA, NIS2, CER Directive, ISO 22301, and EBA ICT Guidelines.
Ability to translate regulatory drivers into practical client actions, investment priorities, and implementation roadmaps.
Experience implementing resilience capabilities across large-scale hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CBCP, MBCI, ISO 22301, ITIL, or cloud architecture/security certifications.
