What you'll do

  • Oversee the regional vulnerability response function and manage the activities of Vulnerability Response Managers.
  • Assess and prioritize serious vulnerabilities according to enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive the remediation of high-priority and regulatory-relevant vulnerabilities across the region.
  • Coordinate the regional response to zero-day threats and actively exploited vulnerabilities.
  • Monitor and manage regional vulnerability exposure to reduce overall cyber risk.
  • Partner with technology leadership to drive remediation efforts and support business resilience objectives.
  • Engage with audit and regulatory stakeholders to ensure transparent reporting and successful examination outcomes.
  • Align regional activities with enterprise cybersecurity strategies, policies, and global security frameworks.

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience in Vulnerability Management, Cyber Defense, Security Operations, and Cyber Risk Management.
  • Proven leadership of geographically dispersed, high-performing teams in complex global organizations.
  • Strong track record delivering enterprise-scale vulnerability remediation and risk reduction programs.
  • Deep expertise in risk-based vulnerability prioritization and remediation governance.
  • Demonstrated leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of key regulatory and security frameworks including NIST SP 800-40, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, DORA, and FCA/PRA requirements.
  • Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity while ensuring responsible and ethical use of data.
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, GIAC, or equivalent (preferred).
