What you'll do

Initiate the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the Epic Radiant application.
Build and modify complex applications to optimize configuration, function, and user access.
Analyze clinical work processes to validate the impact of information technology on workflows.
Lead all phases of testing and document workflow designs.
Provide oversight and leadership to junior staff in resolving service tickets and daily operations.
Serve as the primary support contact for application end-users to resolve technical issues.
Collaborate with trainers to develop documentation and training strategies for new features.
Travel to job sites for go-lives, conferences, and senior leadership meetings.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in a healthcare or healthcare-related organization.
Epic Radiant Certification.
Previous operational, project management, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in computer software, such as Microsoft Office.
Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
Ability to lead, motivate, develop, and train others.
Familiarity with radiology workflows, procedures, and system integrations (preferred).
