Senior Analyst, Ambulatory/ Bones

What you'll do

• Initiate the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Epic applications.
• Build and modify complex applications to optimize configuration, function, and access.
• Perform analysis of IT in clinical work processes and validate workflow impacts.
• Lead all phases of testing and document workflow designs.
• Serve as the primary support contact for application end-users to resolve issues.
• Provide oversight and leadership to Associate Epic Analysts and Epic Analysts.
• Support junior staff in resolving service tickets and executing day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with trainers to develop documentation and training strategies for new features.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• EpicCare Ambulatory, Kaleidoscope, and Bones Certifications.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in a healthcare or healthcare-related organization.
• Previous operational, project management, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with physician practices' workflows, hospital outpatient departments, and patient experiences (preferred).
• Familiarity with ophthalmology physician practices' workflows (preferred).
• Understanding of integration points including scheduling, lab, radiology, billing, imaging, and inpatient clinical (preferred).
• Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Office.
