What you'll do

Provide day-to-day application support and resolve technical issues for end-users.
Design, develop, implement, and maintain the Epic application configuration.
Analyze the impact of information technology on clinical work processes.
Support all phases of testing and document workflow designs.
Implement requested application changes and retrieve requested data promptly.
Provide oversight and leadership to Associate Epic Analysts on the team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize application function and access.
Participate in on-call rotations and support schedules.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Epic Certification or proficiency in at least one module is required.
Epic proficiency in Research Clinical Tools or Research Billing Tools is required within 6 months of employment.
Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a healthcare or healthcare-related organization.
1-2 years of Epic build experience.
Experience in Best Practice Advisories, Epic documentation tools, or Epic Reporting tools (preferred).
Understanding of clinical research and/or research billing (preferred).
Previous operational, project management, and organizational skills (preferred).
