Epic Payer Platform Lead

What you'll do

• Translate business requirements into Epic-native configurations in real time during joint design sessions.
• Create detailed project plans and lead status calls to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Oversee the collaboration between client teams, software vendors, and internal technical leads.
• Identify and define detailed product requirements, use cases, and high-level functional specifications.
• Perform or advise on system configuration, integration setup, and testing activities for Epic modules.
• Develop and document data requests and source-to-target mapping for healthcare systems.
• Manage project risks by identifying complexities and providing clear escalations to stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 8 years experience in a Healthcare IT role.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an Epic Payer Platform leadership role.
• Minimum of 5 years of Program or Project Management experience including executive reporting and requirement gathering.
• Required Epic Non-Clinical Certification (HIM, Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree required, or an Associate Degree with at least 6 years of work experience.
• Experience in leading multiple teams through separate iterations of projects (preferred).
• Epic Tapestry certification in Claims, E&E, Benefits Engine, CRM, or UM (preferred).
• Resolute PB/HB or ADT/Grand Central experience and familiarity with Epic integration standards (preferred).
