Pricing Platform Solutions Lead - Senior Vice President

What you'll do

• Design and deliver a unified self-service platform for fee modeling, deal structuring, and pricing approvals.
• Architect a configurable, rules-driven pricing engine to model complex fee structures and multi-product deal economics.
• Implement structured deal approval workflows that integrate pricing decisions with Finance sign-off and regulatory guardrails.
• Translate commercial pricing requirements from Sales, Product, and Finance into scalable platform capabilities.
• Embed ML-driven pricing recommendations, demand forecasting, and churn risk signals into the platform.
• Lead a focused engineering team to build and maintain high-impact commercial pricing tools.
• Ensure all platform features comply with applicable laws, internal policies, and risk management standards.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or Information Technology.
• 10+ years in technology leadership with experience in pricing, revenue management, or financial analytics platforms.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams building commercial or pricing tools in financial services.
• Hands-on expertise in application engineering, Java, AI-driven development, Springboot, React, Kafka, CI/CD, and Oracle.
• Demonstrated success delivering self-service analytics or decision-support platforms for business users.
• Experience building UI/UX, data-intensive, configurable rules engines, and workflow orchestration systems.
• Understanding of Investor Services fee structures, RFP/RFI processes, and profitability analysis.
• Ability to partner with Sales, Finance, and Product leadership on commercially sensitive initiatives.
