The Epic Analyst II-Lumens joins the IT Corporate Services team to assist in the gathering and analysis of data, development, support, and functionality rollout of Epic and other supporting IT systems. This role involves building applications tailored to meet organizational needs and optimizing workflow processes for local ministries. The successful candidate will apply a working knowledge of Epic system capabilities and functional use to clinical and business workflows to implement systems that meet specific process needs. Required skills include three years of Epic Application Analyst experience and an Associate’s degree in Clinical, Informatics, Computer Science, or Business, or three years of healthcare IT experience. Candidates must possess or obtain Epic certification in designated functionality modules to support these technical healthcare operations.

What you'll do

Gather and analyze data to support Epic and other supporting IT systems.
Develop and support Epic system functionality rollouts.
Build tailored applications to optimize local ministry workflow processes.
Apply knowledge of clinical and business workflows to implement system needs.
Utilize Epic system capabilities to meet specific organizational process requirements.
Maintain and support the functionality of the Epic Lumens module.

What we're looking for

Must reside in AZ, FL, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, NC, NE, NH, SC, TN, TX, OH, WI, or WY.
Must have a download speed of at least 20 Mb (100 Mb or higher is preferred).
Must have an upload speed of at least 6 Mb (10 Mb or higher is preferred).
Must have a latency/ping under 100 ms (under 60 ms is preferred).
Must have an Associate’s degree in Clinical, Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
A High School Diploma and 3 years of healthcare IT experience may be accepted in lieu of an Associate’s degree.
Must have 3 years of Epic Application Analyst or related experience.
Must have Epic certification or accreditation in designated functionality modules or obtain them within six months.
