What you'll do

Configure, build, and maintain Epic HB applications to support hospital billing workflows.
Analyze and translate business requirements into system specifications and technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to ensure minimal disruption to billing operations.
Lead and participate in system testing, validation, and go-live support.
Provide day-to-day application support and retrieve requested data for end-users.
Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and training materials.
Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed.
Collaborate with revenue cycle teams to identify and implement workflow optimizations.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of Hospital Billing Administration experience with proficiency in Charging, Contracts, and Claims/Remittance.
Epic HB certification.
Additional Epic certifications such as PB or Resolute (preferred).
Experience with Epic upgrade cycles, testing, and documentation.
Experience working in a multi-hospital or integrated delivery network environment.
Knowledge of CMS regulations, payer requirements, and billing compliance.
Familiarity with Epic tools including Chronicles, Clarity, Charge Router, Contracts, WQ, DNB, and Reporting Workbench.
