Entry Level Supply Chain and Engineering - Joshua Tree Group Process Excellence Summer Analyst is an internship role within the Supply Chain & Engineering team. The analyst will partner with client managers to observe processes for labor standard development while applying disciplines such as Lean, Six Sigma, human factors, ergonomics, workstation design, queuing theory, and facility and process design. What we're looking for

Ability to travel 80-90% of the time (preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills (preferred).
Experience or coursework related to LEAN Six Sigma process improvement principles and practices (preferred).
Demonstrated problem-solving skills (preferred).
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Access, and Excel VBA coding (preferred).
Fluency in at least one foreign language, preferably Spanish (preferred).
