What you'll do

  • Observe and learn industrial processes using Lean, Six Sigma, human factors, and workstation design principles.

  • Collect, enter, and analyze time study data while identifying and tracking production tasks.
  • Assist in training and educating client associates on performance management programs and new processes.
  • Represent Accenture professionally in all face-to-face interactions with clients at various levels of the organization.
  • Travel up to 90% of the time to support project workstreams and engage in on-site client relationships.

What we're looking for

  • Pursuing a Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with an expected graduation between December 2027 and August 2028.
  • Prior internship or work experience is required.
  • Ability to travel 80-90% of the time (preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (preferred).
  • Experience or coursework related to LEAN Six Sigma process improvement principles and practices (preferred).
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills (preferred).
  • Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Access, and Excel VBA coding (preferred).
  • Fluency in at least one foreign language, preferably Spanish (preferred).
