Staff Engineer, Storage Business Enablement serves as a critical technical bridge between the SSD business and the evolving AI infrastructure ecosystem. What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
10+ years of experience in the semiconductor, technology, or related industries.
5+ years of experience in SSD, NAND, storage systems, server, data center, or related fields.
Strong understanding of NVMe SSDs, NAND Flash, PCIe, and modern data center storage architectures.
Experience working with hyperscalers, NeoCloud providers, server OEMs/ODMs, storage vendors, or storage software companies.
Experience in customer-facing technical roles including presentations, PoCs, evaluations, and design-in activities.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts across hardware, software, and system architecture.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Product Marketing, Sales, and Application Engineering.
