What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience building and operating highly available, production-grade systems including incident response, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
Strong understanding of distributed SQL/NoSQL database internals or large-scale graph data stores.
Experience working with or migrating to modern distributed storage technologies like TiDB (preferred).
Demonstrated technical leadership in setting roadmaps, defining direction, and leading engineering alignment.
Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Java, Python, or C/C++.
