Enterprise Planning Systems Lead / Developer, Staff

What you'll do

• Design, build, and support enterprise planning solutions for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop and maintain planning artifacts including models, cubes, hierarchies, calculations, and validation logic.
• Act as the technical lead for planning system initiatives, defining solution design standards and best practices.
• Review and guide development work performed by team members or external implementation partners.
• Support end-to-end data flows between source systems, planning platforms, and reporting tools.
• Gather requirements from Finance and business stakeholders to deliver scalable planning solutions.
• Support planning cycles, including UAT, releases, and hypercare activities.
• Troubleshoot data, performance, and user-reported issues while maintaining technical documentation.

What we're looking for

• 6–10+ years of experience delivering enterprise financial planning or performance management solutions.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Anaplan, OneStream, or Oracle EPM.
• Strong understanding of FP&A and enterprise planning processes.
• Experience building complex planning models and business logic.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years without one.
• Experience leading or supporting planning system modernization or replacement programs (preferred).
• Exposure to multiple planning platforms, Agile/Scrum environments, or enterprise data platforms (preferred).
