What you'll do

Monitor hybrid cloud infrastructure for availability, capacity, and performance to ensure business continuity.
Manage IT incidents by acknowledging and resolving issues through the incident tracking system.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for application and system maintenance.
Automate manual IT operations using computer programming where applicable.
Install, configure, and maintain business application systems and associated hardware.
Research, design, code, and test new systems and software enhancements for IT projects.
Ensure data integrity and security across hybrid cloud environments following regulatory compliance.
Perform change management tracking and publish performance metrics for IT operations.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and training.
Minimum of 6-7 years of related experience (preferred).
Experience monitoring and acknowledging IT infrastructure incidents through an incident tracking system.
Experience with patch management, IT business continuity, and disaster recovery planning.
Ability to use computer programming to automate manual IT operations.
Experience installing, configuring, administering, and maintaining business application systems and hardware.
Ability to research, design, code, and test new systems and system enhancements.
Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
