Enterprise Operations Business Intern

What you'll do

• Map and analyze current supply chain processes using the SCOR model framework to identify process gaps.
• Propose recommendations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction in sourcing and logistics.
• Collect and analyze data to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for various supply chain initiatives.
• Conduct market research on industry trends and new technologies to optimize supply chain operations.
• Perform sourcing market research to identify innovative products or categories for inclusion in HP products.
• Design sustainability initiatives related to packaging, logistics, and transportation suppliers.
• Develop data-driven solutions and financial models to solve complex operational problems.
• Implement new quality control processes and procedures for component suppliers.

What we're looking for

• Must be a full-time student at an accredited university with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Must have completed at least the third year of a Bachelor's degree or the first year of a Master's/MBA program.
• Must have no more than 24 months of professional experience related to supply chain, excluding internships, research, or military service.
• Must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to apply the SCOR model to identify process gaps.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint is required.
• Preferred majors include Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Distribution, or General Business Management.
• Advanced knowledge of PowerBI, SQL, Access, Python, statistical analysis, or financial modeling (preferred).
