What you'll do

  • Implement systems to streamline the onboarding of acquisitions into Performance Marketing.
  • Develop an end-to-end playbook and communication plan for future acquisition onboarding.
  • Identify and govern operational improvements in financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate management systems and tools to drive organizational efficiency and innovation.
  • Analyze data to identify root causes and provide actionable recommendations for change.
  • Use storytelling techniques to deliver concise and compelling analysis to stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Preferred candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree.
  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university studying business, finance, accounting, or related fields.
  • Must be available for the internship from May 24 to August 13, 2027.
  • Must be a rising senior for the 2027-2028 school year and completing their degree between Fall 2027 and Summer 2028.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Excel and knowledge of financial concepts and budget planning.
  • Must possess strong English communication skills and the ability to perform data analysis to drive decisions.
  • Work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.
