What you'll do
Develop and implement comprehensive enterprise architecture strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee AI transformation initiatives by assessing current capabilities and defining target state architectures.
Establish governance frameworks for AI to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead architecture review boards to maintain architectural integrity and foster continuous improvement.
Conduct business value stream mapping exercises to identify process improvements and innovation opportunities.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the Enterprise Architecture team.
What we're looking for
20+ years of IT experience with at least 6 years in enterprise architecture focusing on AI strategy.
Proven track record in assessing and transforming organizational AI capabilities.
Strong understanding of TOGAF, BIZBOK, and Zero Trust Agentic AI security.
Expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive enterprise architecture strategies.
Proficiency in data architecture, including modeling and ETL processes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills for global matrixed organizations.
