Principal AI Architect, AI Foundation

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain enterprise AI architecture, including reference architectures and design patterns.
• Define the strategy for company-wide AI platforms, tools, and infrastructure.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of foundational AI technologies and strategic partners.
• Provide expert consultation to business units on the practical application of AI capabilities.
• Govern the implementation of AI solutions to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
• Create comprehensive architecture roadmaps and governance frameworks for enterprise-wide adoption.
• Monitor the AI landscape to integrate emerging technologies into existing architecture patterns.

What we're looking for

• Must have 8+ years of experience solving ambiguous business problems with novel system architectures.
• Experience designing reference architectures or reusable platforms adopted by multiple teams is required.
• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in leadership roles defining enterprise-level AI strategy and architecture (preferred).
• Ability to develop comprehensive architecture roadmaps and governance frameworks (preferred).
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence C-level executives (preferred).
• Deep expertise in designing scalable AI/ML systems, data engineering, and MLOps principles (preferred).
• Proficiency in LLMs, RAG, NLP, and major cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure (preferred).
